Impor is an AI-powered trade compliance analysis platform. The Service allows you to upload trade documents, enable specialized analysis skills, and receive AI-generated insights including HTS classification verification, Foreign Trade Zone evaluation, reshoring analysis, and other trade compliance assessments.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the platform in a way that degrades service for other users

5. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your uploaded content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6. AI-Generated Output

The analysis, classifications, and recommendations provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. AI-generated output should not be considered legal, financial, or professional trade compliance advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output and for making your own compliance decisions. Impor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Impor and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
